DART St. Louis

Yesterday, a photographer friend of mine forwarded a Facebook event invitation to DART St. Louis, which is basically a community art project, benefiting a local charity.  The event was last night.  Participants literally threw a dart at a map of the city, and that location became their photography assignment.  We have a month to photograph the location and submit our best photo for a slide show to be presented later.

My dart landed high on the map, in a park on the northern border of the city I had never heard of.  It will be interesting to check that out.  I may visit there several times, and different times of the day.  I should check to see whether I will be allowed there at night.
